Time for Tom

healthy-fit-happy:

You can get vitamin B12 from eggs and dairy products!

Or you could not support the commodification of hens and cows. (Also note: free-range animal products are still unethical.)

Or you can consume nutritional yeast or seaweed.  Both are vegan sources of B12, and can be very tasty.  Dried seaweed takes getting used to, but once you do, it’s pretty tasty, and nutritional yeast has a cheese-like flavor that’s awesome in tofu scrambles!

Time for Tom I always hate these description things. What do I want to say about myself!? Well, I'm Tom, as you probably know. I love music and writing and such, and that's why I'm here. I'm vegan, of a sexuality that is non-hetero but undefined as of now, and love (most) all things nerdy.
